LONG-SERVING EMPLOYEE

GO INTO WELL-DESERVED RETIREMENT

ARMIN HOFER

"In 1975 at the age of 18, Armin Hofer began his career at FISCHER in the turning shop. Later, he was given the opportunity to take the forklift exam. When a position subsequently became available in the steel warehouse, Armin was allowed to take it over. He enjoyed working in the steel warehouse for a long time. When, for reasons of space, the raw material warehouse was stored outside, Armin had to transport the long bar material back and forth for processing with a diesel forklift in all weathers. Years later, the sawmill was closed down and the sawn material was purchased.

From that point on, Armin moved to housekeeping, where he worked until his retirement. After now 47.5 years he retires, and we wish him all the best and good health." Walter Burtscher
